SILVERSTONE FESTIVAL TICKETS

I am a Club Lotus member and recently bought tickets for this year's Silverstone Festival using the Club Lotus code. Literally a few hours after purchasing them I realised that my husband and l can no longer attend the event. I paid £125 for Saturday 24th August. I contacted Silverstone and they do not do refunds .
